How a build runs

A part goes through whichever combination of cutting, machining, forming, welding, and assembly the design needs, with traceability and inspection along the way.

Equipment on the floor

CNC Lathes

10 machines: Mori Seiki, Okuma, Feeler, Doosan with live tooling, Hwacheon

CNC Mills

12 machines, mostly Cat 50 tapers, full 4th-axis up to 20 in. diameter

Amada Lasers

2 machines: 9 kW and 3 kW, 5 ft. x 10 ft. sheet and plate

Press Brakes

4 Accurpress / Safan machines, maximum 250 tons

Welding Bays

30 manual MIG/TIG bays plus 2 OTC robotic welders

Tube Bending and Rolling

Manual tube bender with dies plus 48 in. plate / sheet roller
